Tony Tapsell has a total of 26 years legal experience, working in New Zealand and in England. For the past 12 years he has been a partner in an Auckland city firm practising as a general practitioner with an emphasis on civil and commercial litigation. Tony prides himself on providing timely, practical and cost effective legal advice. His primary aim is to identify and pre-empt or avoid legal disputes. If a dispute nevertheless arises then his primary aim is to steer a course which provides the optimum legal result whilst balancing the personal and business needs of the client. Tony is married to Liz with two teenage children, Ellen and Rosie.
